Kindred Plumbing and Heating, Inc. “fixed” a leak under my sink for $680. Leaked again the next day. Called about the warranty. They said it’s a “new problem” and want another $450 to come back out.

Kindred Plumbing and Heating, Inc. quoted $1,400 to replace my water heater. Final bill was $3,100 with “code upgrades” they never mentioned. Took 2 days and left the old tank in my basement.

It was a big job that, from my perspective, went very smoothly. There was not a time when I felt uninformed; their communication system, from text to email to in-person, is top-notch. And the quality of work can’t be beat!

We waited on Home Warranty to send a technician to fix a water leak above our water heater for a full day. Called Kindred Sunday morning and within a hour of the phone call tech Chris was at the house. Chris was extremely professional and personable. Took care of the leak effectively and efficiently. Would recommend Kindred Plumbing and Heating!

I wish I could give them 10 stars!! They came out last night within an hour of calling! It was after hours and they worked in the snow to clear our main water line. They were so nice and had us fixed so quickly. And on top of that, the prices were very reasonable! I cant say it enough, we appreciate them so very much!! Phyliss and Stacie
