Kevin and Kolby were fantastic at there job. Had to have the hot water tank replaced. Charged me $2200 to replace and only offered a 6yr warranty. I checked and 6yr warranty heaters averaged $700. Called and asked to get an itemized invoice and the very cold lady said that they don't do that. So $1500 for 3 hours labor. Would not recommend this company.

The tech was very knowledgeable. Service was quick and easy. Maybe spent a total of 2 hours at my home, between 2 visits. But the billing is horrendous... no itemized bill, just a flat rate. Seems kind of dirty to not know what your paying for, especially when I can look the part up and the price is no where near the asking for the service and install. Almost a $700 difference (thats estimating from the most expensive part price) I understand there's service fees and time spent by the tech, but that just seems like over kill... read more
