We were there for two hours and no one ever came in to check on my Aunt. When I asked the nurses station upon leaving I was told her nurse would be there shortly . I waited another 30 minutes and still no one ever came . I was not impressed and I did not get a good feeling about the ICU unit where I thought meant to be monitored with A plus service. My Aunt received better care when she was at The Pearland Hospital . Senseless and Unimpressed with Kindred Hospital Bay Area. I hope things are better when I visit again soon !
If you have a loved one don't take them here, ever.
Anytime you are in an ICU Unit states you need special care. My brother has been here going on 4 weeks. The staff and doctors have been wonderful to me and more so to my brother. I know he is being career for and God is guiding their hands to care for him. God is so good. I've put it God's hands and pray he will bring my brother thru. To God be the Glory.
