Definitely putting my mom here
My Dad has been in this facility twice for rehab. The staff all seemed to care about him (as much as strangers can care for another). We both thought it a much better place than the other area nursing homes he was in.
I used to work there many yrs ago and we had a wonderful staff and team member one of my closet team player and best friend named James was so loved by family and staff wondering if he still works there
After 4 1/2 years, had to move my father. Since Concordia took over, it is unsafe. Policy changes have made it almost negligent. Staff is over worked and understaffed. Even the best and most caring staff are defeated and just trying to do their best.
