Our family was very happy with the care my husband received at Kindred St. Louis. The nursing staff was very competent and caring. Therapy was excellent. Paul from admissions was very nice. Thanks for a job well done
Our family member was in 3 rehab hospitals in the area and this was by far the worst. The staff was not trained, rarely saw doctors, complained about room not bring cleaned with same stains on floor for weeks. We tried to stay around the clock because we came into staff people yelling and mishandling our loved one. He has recoverd but is still traumatized months later if we talk about that facility. My wife Bobbi was sent to Kindred hospital St. Louis and she received excellent care from the staff. The building and rooms were always kept nice and clean. Nursing staff was really good. Dr. Haque was very good. Paul from admissions was very professional.
My husband was sent to Kindred Hospital St. Louis and I will have to say I was very pleased with the care my husband received. My husband was a very sick man and the nurses, cna's and Doctors all did a wonderful job. I wish the visiting hours on the weekend were earlier. I also wish the lobby areas on the floors were more inviting. They are cold and ugly!
I hope that you never have a need for long term acute care for your loved ones, but if you do, insist on going to Kindred - St Louis on Lindell. Having had the need for a great deal of acute and rehab care for my mom in recent years, I can speak from experience.
