I have reported Kindred Hospital to the Department of Health at: (360) 236-4700 and Adult Protective Services at 1 (866) 363-4276 or (206) 341-7660. I urge others to do the same. Absolute nightmare of a hospital! My father has been trapped in this facility for months. They removed his phone from his room. He has only declined while in this facility.
