So far they are providing excellent PT for my family member & their Chief Medical Dr has been excellent. A few nurses seemed a bit less than helpful but their "not the best" human interaction & responsiveness has NOT interfered with my family members care.
This place let mother asperate on July 16th low oxygen and mucus fluid blocking her airway , they brought back & then called me to see if I want to be left there w/ comfort care or to go to St Anthony Emergency room , I said take her to the ER , in which found out that she had a cardiac arrest due mucus not being suction out overnight , she is not ever going back , I've called the case manager twice no response !
Can not recommend this place, The equipment is old and the staff seems to be complacent. The only good thing was the NA Erica.
