My loved on was transferred on Sept. 21st late evening. Sept 22nd I was made aware she was given a medication that was previously not recommended to give her due to recent medical scenarios. Today marks 6 yrs since my husband passed away at Kindred and it was the worse experience for my husband and me . I even asked if i could get him to another place and at the front desk they told me no. I signed the DNR paper and the nurse would not even give him a painkiller. The ICU nurses were counting down every time a patient would die and ofcourse the patients were able to hear. How cruel of people and how stupid to hire people like that. Please please avoid this hospital. You will never get an update on your loved ones and if you do call the nurses are very rude disrespectful. The supervisor named America is by far the worst supervisor! Kindred of El Paso please hire better nurses that care about their patients regardless their age!! And please re-train your useless and disrespectful SUPERVISORS!!
This is the worst hospital I have ever been to. If you are reading the reviews, my advice to you is not to take your family to Kindred Hospital. The nurses, their assistants, RNs and CNAs are the worst. (Except for 1 nurse that worked in the mornings was very nice) but she doesn't make up for the rest of the staff. Please,please if you read this review I advise you not to take your family member to KINDRED HOSPITAL 1740 Curie Dr. That's the worst hospital you can pick!! They have the worst Nurses, CNAS. Mom was admitted for 45 days. My mom went through hell in that hospital!! Please I beg you don't take your family member to Kindred Hospital
