The nurses here are phenomenal. They demonstrate their love for their patients and Kindred is lucky to have them. I am a nurse of over 30 years and I just want to say how happy I am with the care my cousin is receiving there.

The staff is skilled and professional, but also very warm and friendly. The rehab people were great, very good at coaxing me even when I didn't feel like doing much. I got a lot of encouragement from everyone here.

I would like to thank Case manager Jillian and the entire facility for an outstanding job. My mother came to Kindred in dire circumstances and all of their goals and expectations were all met and exceeded. I apologize for not being able to name all the people who cared for my mother, I would like to be able to thank each one personally. They have my family's deepest appreciation and thanks. My mother is now in Plymouth, where she continues to make her way towards a full recovery.

Very happy with Kindred. My father was here twice, and both times the staff went out of their way to make him comfortable and help him to feel safe and secure. You can really see a commitment to the well-being of the patients here.

The kitchen staff is excellent, very accomadating as I left my dentures at home. I had a problem with my tv and maintenance came and fixed it right away. The nurses and cnas are excellent. I felt like I was at a spa. I hated to leave, but I was happy to be going to another kindred in Dedham.

I have a lot of anxiety. Everyone at Kindred has gone out of their way to make me feel so much better. When I first got here I was jumping out of my skin. Now I feel calmer, and I know I am in really good hands. Instead of just giving me more medication, they took the time to find out what was making me so anxious and upset. They have helped me so much, thank you .

My 46-year-old son arrived at Kindred in late October 2014 and was discharged in early December. Upon arrival via an ambulance plane from a hospital in Florida, he was very, very sick. We did not know if he would make it. With dedicated care the improvement he made while at Kindred was amazing. I cannot say enough about the wonderful treatment he received at Kindred. All of the staff were kind, attentive, and communicative. The care from physicians, the nursing staff, and respiratory specialists was of the highest caliber. We are extremely grateful to Kindred Hospital Boston.
