terrible place to be DO NOT SEND ANY FAMILY MEMBERS HERE! NURSING AND STAFF ARE EXTREMELY RUDE ! Patrick the security guard is terrible at his job! poor communication skills at the front desk , has terrible anger issues needs to seek help for anger management and communication. As for the rest of the staff the nurse Yvette is a terrible nurse and should have her license revoked for the amount of times she was rude to fellow patients and visitors including myself. The communication is extremely poor. The administration is defensive when an issue is brought up. We have to advocate every day and it is exhausting. PT does an amazing job. Nursing staff works hard. Security staff exceptional. There are not many choices for LTAC and I intend to share our experience in conferences around the country. Dr Olivas is a 10/10!!!
The staff here at Kindred has been nothing short of amazing with our brother who has been in their care due to a brain injury . During this time where visits are limited to a daily Zoom call we have had no reservations placing our trust in the staff, Gabby Renteria, his patient advocate, along with the rest of the staff have treated him like family. We will be forever grateful for the level of compassion and care they have shown to him and the family. Thank you
After suffering a severe TBI and other health issues my brother was transferred to Kindred Hospitals for rehab. In the few months at Kindred he has made much progress thanks to the kind and caring staff. Special thanks to Gabby, the patient advocate for keeping us in touch with my brother during this COVID-19 crisis. Her compassion and understanding is greatly appreciated.
My son was at Kindred for over 2 months. The doctors and staff were caring. concerned, and available to provide updated information any time I requested it. He made amazing progress.
