I would give this place zero stars if I could. This place is a complete joke. My brother was on hospice 5 months ago and while he was on hospice, so many of his needs were ignored. The "best" part is when none of the nurses showed up when they were supposed to. But when my brother did pass away, some staff members awkwardly waited in the living room for 2 hours because it was their policy. Your policy should have been actually caring for patients. I rarely ever leave reviews, but it was such a disgraceful experience.
Kindred Hospice took excellent care of our mom during the final six months of her life. I want to give special thanks to her nurse, Kayla and her CNA, Angela. Both showed mother the utmost respect and kindness the entire time they cared for her. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. The family of Virginia Van Ness.
