Please never use Kindred Hospice Orlando. We have had 2 horrible experiences in the last 10 mo. They are not there for the patients and we even had a nurse tell us that she could not come visit until she was tested for COVID? What???? So today nearly 2 weeks later she showed up and I guess now she has been tested...well she called and said your Mother is in her final stage. Wow! Thank you for all the care. when my dad was alive I couldn't have asked for better care for him kindred it self after he passed was terrible they never checked on us during this difficult time we were told they would call and would be available when we needed. that was not the case we had one phone call since my dad passed in 8 months think that is terrible they need to do what they tell the patients and family members. as far as our nurse Scott couldn't have asked for a better nurse. again we were told he would check up on us never happen
RecommendedI would highly recommend Kindred they have a awesome staff. my dad was with kindred for 18 months my dads nurse Scott was amazing him and my dad hit it off right from the start. he made sure my dad was always comfortable right to the end. he was not only my dads nurse they became friends. thank you for the great care for my dad. dad passed on 8/6/2019.
Kindred hospice was a miracle to my father in his last days and to my family as well! Being able to count on them through the most difficult times of my father’s illness helped my sister and my family in handling the situation and made my father suffer less in his last days! I can’t thank you enough for the help, your kind treatment,caring and for giving my father a better quality of his remaining days in this world. Your support was essential for us and we will be forever grateful.

I was alone struggling with my dad. Kindred came into our home and not only took care of him, they took care of me. They guided me and taught me to better care for my dad. They have such a loving staff. I have no complaints, I would highly recommend Kindred to everyone.
Kindred Hospice has to be one of the worst run companies in the entire country. Draining billions of dollars from Medicare. Staff turnover is ridiculous, sending out untrained nurses... (a new one every month), they don't know anything about my loved one or my family. Not my job to train your new nurses Kindred Hospice. After having multiple discussions with upper management in their $3000 per square foot Baldwin Park Luxury office suites it's no wonder they don't have their eye on the ball.
