I would like to sincerely thank the staff at Gentiva Hospice for their professionalism and dedication to providing the ultimate care for my mother. Everyone associated with my mother, Rose the social worker, Peg the nurse and Pastor Dan treated my mother with love and care. Mom (Helen K.) was in the care of this exceptional organization for 3 months. They were hands down the most professional, caring and well oiled machine ever. Sharon had my mom signed up in less than 2 hrs! They took over from there. Her supplies were always on time, and if we ever needed anything it was just a phone call away. Kristee was mom's nurse. Our Experience with Gentiva 2022 was outstanding, the staff, I can not give enough praise to each one of them. It’s been over 2 years with my father’s passing , and Gentiva will have a special place in my heart.
