My mother is under their care now she has only been in their care for 4 months. The nurse taking care of her is great. Cannot say that for anyone else with the company. They over promised and greatly under delivered. I would not recommend them to anyone. If my mother was not about to pass away I would fire them. She has been in the care of several hospices and they are by far the worse. We, her family have gotten no support! I am so disappointed in their lack of support and concern! June 2025 Gentiva Hospice Care was recommended from one of my mom’s doctors and they were very professional, prompt and compassionate from day one. My Mom spent 42 days on in home hospice before passing. We can most definitely say 1st hand that our experience was above and beyond and we were blessed to have had such an awesome team.
