Kindred Heart Animal Hospital at Governors Village AND at Carborro are FANTASTIC!! Very special vets who are skilled, knowledgeable, kind, caring … both for the animals in their care and the anxious pet parents who bring them in. Always willing to provide thoughtful responses to questions and work with you to come up with plans that are comfortable. The entire staff is loving and you can tell that they truly care about the animals who come in. I have been using Kindred Heart for many years and highly recommend them!!!!
Because we only live a few blocks away, we moved our care of our two cats to Kindred Heart. They have had only one appointment but so far we have been very impressed. The front desk staff are very friendly and they have taken care of everything from transferring records to scheduling their first visit. Very friendly staff and they seem to genuinely care about my pet. Dr Jones spent a lot of time going over my pet's needs and her assistant, Heather was great too.
The veterinarian and the assistant were wonderful with my elderly dog, Harvey. They were very caring. The customer service was great, very kind. I'm so glad I found them. - Michelle
