Excellent customer service! Love Dr. Kindred recommendations
Recently I visited Dr. Kindred’s Office for a consultation of her services. It can be an uneasy experience when visiting a new doctor’s office . Prior to Dr. Kindred entering the room, I was greeted by medical professional Dhevesh. Who prepared me for the consultation in a very respectful manner. He demonstrated a sense of calmness that removed the anxiety by answering ALL of my questions/concerns without rushing me or dismissing my worries. Thank You Dhevesh
The most UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. Not a good look to have inconsiderate staff but be a good doctor… Just saying. If I could give zero stars I would.
The biggest letdown I have ever experienced. After conducting copious research and waiting 9 months for an appointment with what I hoped to be a caring medical practitioner who could provide perspective, considerate of the nuances of my racial makeup, I instead felt rushed, ignored, and bombarded with sales pitches.
