They have a great team. The employees and the manager are super nice.✨
I remember switching to this bank, and being so satisfied with the local, community oriented experience I was getting. For years that kept up, but obviously somewhere along the way it's faltered. After attending the yearly shareholders meeting and the branch this year, I can safely say I see absolutely 0 difference between this bank, and any of the giant, faceless, corporate, globalist banks available throughout Canada. I've been a member for over 45 years. Over that time I experienced the growth and addition of services. I never found the need to use the big 5 accept for favourable auto loan rates, albeit offered as specials by the vender. I always did give KCU a first chance though.
