Very friendly and helpful staff
My first choice for a bank! It's a credit union so it's even better. The staff is very friendly and the person in charge of my business remembers me by name! The Union focuses its investments on the community. Not a chance your money will be invested on condos in Mexico City.

Terrible. Waited for days for an account manager to call about TFSAs...never called. They didn't set a PIN on our debit card....now we are in AB with no support...noone on the call centre has a clue on information. I would not recommend them at all
