Classes are challenging and the atmosphere is amazing.
I LOVE this place! The teachers are all so sweet & really focus on everybody having good form while having fun. I’ve taken a class with every teacher, everyone has a little bit of a different style which I love! This is my favorite workout hands down. Great for lengthening your muscles & incorporating stretching in each class. Great for joints as it is low impact. They play great music to keep us going. My favorite workout at my new favorite place! Everyone is so kind and helpful. I’ve never felt intimidated or like I couldn’t keep up. All the instructors allow you to work at your own pace during the workouts! And they are very helpful and informative! Love Love!
If you’ve been wanting to try barre, but think you are too old, too fat, or too out of shape, Kindred Barre is the place for you! The instructors will accept you where you are, and help you reach your fitness goals. Kindred Barre has become not only part of my routine, but an important part of my life.
This is a wonderful studio! I started coming in September and have already made this place part of my routine. Every instructor is wonderful and will definitely give you the workout you’re looking for.
