Met one of their caregivers today. The attitude was unbelievable. Arrogance and entitlement was so thick I could barely see her through it. Would never want her to take care of my mom.

this company is a joke. They disrespect their clients. They hire lazy people that don’t do their jobs and make it hard for other people. They have more employees than they do Clients don’t waste your time and energy From experience, you’re better off going to McDonald’s where at least you’re getting paid $21 an hour and it’s a guaranteed paycheck and it’s consistent working here. It’s a roller coaster because you never know how much you’re going to get paid and if your check in hours for the previous week will be guaranteed.... read more

The workers of Gentiva Personal Care have done an amazing job with my mom. First off my mother is a very very difficult patient. I live out of state and have had a very hard time finding care for my mom that she will agree to or even let help. I have gone through other caregivers and companies that have not been able to help. Clayton has been on top of it since day one and knowing he was going into a difficult situation with my mom he still went forward.
