This company is a complete joke. I have done work for them and have not yet to be paid. No one is answering my phone calls or anything. I wouldn't refer them to my dog. Jackie is the person that sent me to a client and when it was time to get paid nothing in my account. I have tried to talk to Clive and LA Sonja and they just keep telling me that they are looking into it. I just filed a complaint with the EEOC because it is not right to work a person and not pay them.
We have used Kindred for about 6 months now and I am very pleased with their service. The managers are excellent to work with. Providing care for my mother is a constantly changing situation and they have accommodated us at every request. My mother really likes her caregivers and they are very good.
1/2 star. This place is a joke. Overworked, all the good PTs have left. My mom was set up June 6 with orders for 3 times a week. Has had 1. and its now June 21.
