I had a wonderful experience with CenterWell Home Health. Jay Patel, PT was the best physical therapist I have had in 2 years! He was incredibly professional and effective. The only downside is that they don't offer Occupational Therapy (OT), but the physical therapy care itself was excellent.
We were discharging from the hospital and had decided to go with Centerwell. Sunnie reached out as they had received the new referral and told me that the occupational therapy slots were full and that she did not think my FIL would not need those services anyway so we could decline them. I told her how can you determine that on a patient that you have never even met. I told her that we would be going with another company that could meet all of his needs. Daisy and Cynae were out nurse and therapist and they are excellent to work with. They are always here when they say they will be. They worked with me to try to get me back to my old self. They are the best.
