Poor company morale and poor management
As Chaplain with Granite Mountain Home Care and Hospice, I can honestly say that I have never worked with a better team of truly compassionate and professional people. It has never been a feeling of being a part of "staff" or just going to work. Everyday is a feeling of "family." Every patient and their family becomes a part of the Granite Mountain family.
