Trevor was excellent! Previous review mentioned him being late. He was late a few times because his previous ran late. He took his time with my husband just as he did his other clients I'm sure. As far as nursing goes I guess I expected more but times have changed since we had home health in the past.
I don’t even give one start . This is another company that just wants to bill an do nothing . Do not let these people care for anyone you care about . I had nothing but issues and do not recommend this company. I was discharged from the hospital on a Friday and was instructed that Centerwell had informed hospital they would come out on Saturday to do admission. This was reassuring as I had just had ileostomy and was feeling anxious about caring for it. The office never called on Saturday until I reached out to them.
