I had nothing but issues and do not recommend this company. I was discharged from the hospital on a Friday and was instructed that Centerwell had informed hospital they would come out on Saturday to do admission. This was reassuring as I had just had ileostomy and was feeling anxious about caring for it. The office never called on Saturday until I reached out to them. Very impressed with competence, dependability, and empathy demonstrated by all who have come to help. My husband, Dickie, is in a better state of mind after the nurses and OT specialist work with him. The nurses were on top of making sure a sore that formed on Dick’s backside healed properly and always made sure we had the bandages, cleaners, and ointment he needed.
