They don't supervise their employees to ensure they are doing their jobs. In our case the employees missed about 1/4 of their appointments. Management did nothing about it.
CAUTION. Branch Director Shirley Gamble is rude, arrogant, degrading and demeaning. Borders on ELDER ABUSE. However, PT Department is marvelous.
