I don’t even know where to begin with how disappointed with the care provided by centerwell for our grandmother. Multiple times we called them with zero response, were told someone would call us back and nothing. We were told they would come out and they didn’t show up. She ended up in the hospital shortly after we kept calling and no one showed up. Which was due to her falling and other issues. Professional, friendly and caring aftercare nursing. It was comforting to have them visit my husband after his major surgery to validate that we were on the right track to healing. They worked around our schedule and we’re always prompt or called if running late.
