If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. I called the nurse on Thursday and stated I needed help for my Mom. She stated it was no need for her to come out. I had to turn my Mom over to Hospice on Friday. My Mom passed away one week later. I made a mistake choosing Center Well. I hope others do not make the same mistake.

They were very professional and did what they said they would. Delivery was fast. Highly recommend.
Everyone I dealth with was very professional, courteous, on time, helpful and actually went out of their way and beyond even that to help me. I have never had home health care like that before. It was like having personal friends that had nursing experience. That Washington staff was awesome. I highly reccomend them to everyone.
