Since my mom was discharged from Rehab at a nursing facility, CenterWell staff from PT to OT has truly been phenomenal when it comes to helping my mom get back to standing and walking a little. She still requires more hands on therapy but with time and patience she'll be back to her normalcy. Juan and Anique both are very good Therapists. Kimberly OT Supervisor is awesome too. Very nice and patient lady
I received home health care and the entire staff was wonderful. I appreciate Centerwell helping me with my wound care needs as well as physical therapy. Special thanks to Jasmine, Genevieve and the entire crew who helped me to recover. After I was discharged I would get follow up calls to see how I was doing. I definitely recommend Centerwell Home Health for anyone who prefers care at home.
These people sound angry to serve the community. Stay home or find another job if you hate what you do. It's truly that simple
My mother was in a car accident far from home. We elected to have her transported back to where she lives for home health. We had confirmation from Centerwell that they were accepting my mother for care. When we arrived home and contacted them they told us they could no longer care for her. Left us stranded. The case manager we were working with said she had never seen a facility accept someone then deny them care before it even started. Steer clear of Centerwell if you have options.
