Beautiful staff… beautiful, the manager @ Stone Mountain is absolutely beautiful, professional, knowledgeable and courteous…. BUT THE ONLY PROBLEM IS NOT THE STAFF…..ITS THE SYSTEM UPGRADES THAT ARE STILL FLAWED….CANNOT ACCESS MY PATIENT PORTAL INFORMATION FOR MY OWN PERSONAL RECORDS….. YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH A THIRD PART TELEPHONE CALL TO CONTACT THE OFFICE IN YOUR DESIGNATED AREA……BUT DR SANCHEZ IS VERY GOOD…THE ONE ON ONE DOCTOR/PATIENT CONFERENCES ARE EXCELLENT WITH THEM USING THE BIG SCREEN MONITORS TO SHOW AND EXPLAIN ... read more
I had a scheduled appointment for a ECHOCARDIOGRAM and it was CANCELED BY THE STAFF BECAUSE THEIR PERSONNEL MEMBER WAS NOT ABLE TO WORK ON THAT DAY, ( THEY STATED TO ME THAT A STAFF MEMBER WOULD GET BACK IN CONTACT WITH ME TO RESCHEDULE IT…..UNFORTUNATELY THEY NEVER DID….. that’s bothersome! Since my mom was discharged from Rehab at a nursing facility, CenterWell staff from PT to OT has truly been phenomenal when it comes to helping my mom get back to standing and walking a little. She still requires more hands on therapy but with time and patience she'll be back to her normalcy. Juan and Anique both are very good Therapists. Kimberly OT Supervisor is awesome too. Very nice and patient lady
