My mother was in a car accident far from home. We elected to have her transported back to where she lives for home health. We had confirmation from Centerwell that they were accepting my mother for care. When we arrived home and contacted them they told us they could no longer care for her. Left us stranded. The case manager we were working with said she had never seen a facility accept someone then deny them care before it even started. Steer clear of Centerwell if you have options.
Centerwell does not get back with you in a timely manner. The therapist did an excellent job. As of today the therapy has not been completed. I am working on getting everything completed, myself!
I was just thinking about the new system that my world famous Dr is a part of. I want 2 be part of the system because he is part of the system
