The most unreliable caregivers I have ever encountered. My dad was prescribed Home Health and received a 'caregiver' with no certifications and A condescending attitude. Both my parents have PHDS and we're treated as if they were illiterates. They would not adhere to a schedule and sat in the driveway for 15 to 30 minute before knocking on the door. Update to my original post from Liz Soto:Heard back from HH lady and she was put off and didnt care for anything i expressed to her. 5 stars come in for Ms Tony. She was absolutely amazing and cared about my concerns about my fathers care. Truly grateful and appreciative for all of your help with my fathers situation. We need more ppl in the medical field just like you.
