Nurse Sara and PT Anthony are amazing and professional. They both take great care and are gentle and friendly and very knowledgeable! They are awesome support to the patient and me, his caregiver! THANK YOU! You’re the best!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Extremely disappointed in the care that this company provided for my very elderly father. They did well during his treatment but ended up lying to us about his insurance no longer covering services but come to find out from his doctors office that they refused to continue his treatment and felt too "intimidated" to contact any of his 3 daughters to discuss his care, despite that they speak to one of us several times per week.
