Unprofessional from the very first contact. They do not have an RN on staff to even provide home support for a PCA pump. We contacted several of their offices and their regional director. They were rude and refused to provide service, even though they are contracted with the HMO to do so. We spent two extra days in the hospital and then got a private nurse. They have no nurses capable of providing home care in any of the four surrounding counties from anywhere in the region.
