I had a deeply disappointing experience with this home health company. I sought their services to help care for my sister, who is unwell and truly needs support. Without notifying me, they discharged her, claiming it was unsafe. My sister is a 65 year old women on continuous oxygen and very weak. I received no prior communication or opportunity to understand or address their concerns. This left my sister without care and me scrambling to find alternatives. Liz was my PT for help with recovery after a major abdominal surgery. Liz is an excellent listener, is caring and able to offer different ways to reach the same goal. She worked with me at my level and supported my advancement. I had had Liz for PT back in November and December after a previous surgery and was so happy with her care and assistance that I wanted to be sure I worked with her this time as well. She is a valuable asset to the Centerwell team and a professional and caring provider.
After my husband’s accident, he had in-home physical therapy with Liz. She is very caring and made his recovery fun! We highly recommend her and Centerwell!

I was very happy with my PT Liz. She was so caring and tried her best to help me in the crazy situation that I was in. I would recommend her to anyone needing a kind and caring PT. Eric was absolutely wonderful when he did his evaluation to release me from home health and on the outpatient. He was a wealth of information that was very valuable to us.
