They are slow to respond to say the least. One nurse missed an appt entirely and no one called with any explanation. Next-at 3 am my pump had an error message saying the pump volume was low when it has 11 hours left and after 40 minutes and THREE calls, no one from Kindred at Home has called back. Extremely disappointed in this company.
