All the nurses and Physical Therapists were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly!
This company lies about everything. They came to my home and lied about not charging me for visits. I have tried to get these charges removed yet they back the lies I was told. Do not sign a tablet computer if they want you too. I was under medication when told the signature was just letting their office know they showed up. That is a lie. It's a financial agreement. If you have an elderly family member that needs physical therapy, to increase their balance and stability to prevent any more falls, I don't recommend this company. The PT RN was demeaning and judgmental. Not the type of care you hope your family member will receive.

Unfortunately, this company is not the same as it used to be, I have had this company from time to time, and recently I was receiving services for my mother and the nursing staff was less than desirable, unable to understand the nurse that would come out due to her deep accent and also had a therapist Diana come out and would literally sit and do nothing but "chat" providing no useful insight, is that what therapy is now? Very disheartening.
