Abandoned! That's exactly what they have done to my senior mother. She is confined to a bed unable to care for herself. He has been a patient of Kindred for years, and received care for her issues. Now she has pneumonia and Kindred has just abandoned her. "Send her to the hospital" is all the help that they have offered. I'm in a wheelchair with only partial mobility, trying to care for her. Very disappointed in Kindred Home Health Care .... turn and burn .... case managers are definitely not patient oriented, do not keep caregivers informed about progress and health goals. I’m very unhappy and I definitely would NOT recommend them ! The lady that posted July 30th has it spot on !
The home care nurses don't show up to give my mother the shower she is supposed to receive twice a week. Very stressful and unprofessional.
Appreciate the assistance given by your staff after my knee replacement on May 31, when I started out patient therapy they said I was 10 % ahead of schedule. Again thanks for the through and professional services.
I have had this home health agency for a while now and I have received excellent care from all the staff. I love my nurses Lani and Noemi. They are very caring and gentle people.
