My nurses have all been fantastic!
I came home from rehab with a walker. I didn’t believe I could get off the walker. I have been home a little over a month now and I am walking in the house with a cane most of the time. This is because of the gentle, constant encouragement. I receive from both my OT and PT persons each visit. They are competent and caring and concerned for my well-being. My mother broke her hip and was released to go home. This company is the best! They offer they whole spectrum. When she was sick they would call and check on her. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!
The nurse rates 5 stars, the agency rates 0 stars. The nurse was wonderful. He identified an infection and immediately informed our doctor and followed up to see that we were being treated. The agency, however, was not able to provide any continuity of care. They wanted to assign a different nurse every visit with no consistent schedule from one visit to the next and were unwilling to allow us to stay with the nurse who was familiar with my husband’s wounds and who could evaluate his healing and recovery week by week.
