Our care prrson was Ivon Morales-Munez. She was an ANGEL to my mom inlaw and our family. I would recommend Ivon in a heart beat. I have never met anyone who was as dedicated, professional , loving or caring as she is. My mom inlaw passed away on Tuesday 10/10/17. And we had to tell Ivon that her services were no longer needed. It's the caregiver section. I'm getting no response to my phone calls. The caregiver was very nice and pleasant. But she doesn't appear to be up to the job. The problem is the failure return calls.
