My micro English bulldog/American bulldog was treated amazing. She was not uncomfortable at all . Doctor and his assistant were so kind and gentle to her.. for she is a sweetheart with a scary look.. she loved everyone there . Great pet hospital
AVOID THIS PLACE!! Condescending, unprofessional pill pushers. “Kindness” is absolutely a misnomer. They care more about selling meds than helping animals. They refused a simple procedure for my dog but then went on to aggressively try to sell me 5 prescriptions. When I asked about details of their recommendations, I was asked “are you a doctor”. I expressed concern over their rough treatment of my dog and I was told “I know what I’m doing, I’ve been doing this for 10 years”. It’s a red flag when you are that defensive! I wi... read more
Nicole was wonderful, kindly explaining our 15 year old cat was very ill and likely at end of life. After we decided to euthenize Saki, Nicole was very compassionate. I highly recommend. 6/2023 Still, nothing but praise. Great location, kind doctors and fair prices.

Our elderly dog, Bruce, was sick and our vet of 12 years couldn’t see him. I called Kindness and they got us in within a few hours. The receptionist was knowledgeable, which put me at ease right away. When we arrived, I was very pleased to learn Kindness had obtained Bruce’s records from our PCV. A Tech took his weight right away. We then waited no longer than 5 minutes to be shown to an exam room, where Bruce was seen by a Vet Tech to whom I described why I thought Bruce needed to be seen that day, and was pleased that she ... read more
