Kindness Animal Hospital has been sold to a large corporation. They are no longer kind. They are all about the money now. Beware they don't care about our pets anymore.
It's so very wonderful to be able to go to a first class animal hospital and have the vet listen to what you are saying and actually hear you and then validate your concerns and feelings. That is in addition to giving so much help to your family fur member. I cannot say enough about the care that Kindness has given to both my dogs over many years. Kindness is the best! I've only tried one other and they were very cold. When my "Butter" died Dr. Katz was very kind and he even sent us a sympathy card! I've had three cats since then and all of them have been and are Kindness patients. Every one at Kindness is a gem and I hope you stay in business for many years to come!
Had a great visit!! Everyone--the receptionists, vet tech, and Dr. Hoffeld, were very soothing and helpful and went out of their way to accommodate me when my cat had a respiratory virus and needed immediate attention right before the holidays.
