we had a 2 oclock appointment the lady on the phone was rude enough when we booked it then we get there and they tell us it was at 1 so they make us wait outside for 30 min. it was not at 1 it was at 2, they never apologized or anything. very rude
Kindness has always been an amazing vet office and have taken care of all three of my pets. They always let us bring both cats to the same appointment and did a fabulous job with my dog's tumor removal surgery. Recently though, they went above and beyond for us as our cat was dying at home. I'll never forget their true kindness and humanity to us during this pandemic.
amazing staff. worried about my kids getting enough food. kim brought the food out to my car and pretty much consoled me because I was afraid to run out of their food and she advised me I had plenty and they'll be fine. Kiki thanks you as well as myself. you guys are the BEST
