Kindness and caring tks and good help
i took my best freind of 16 years there to be put down due to a failing heart...the girl at the front seemed very scripted and non caring. the prices seemed to vary from the vet to the girl up front. the only person who impressed me was the gentleman who was at the front when i returned to get my dogs ashes....i was very upset the day i had to put my lita down... and that whole we light a candle for those crossing over was a bunch of bs....as long as my card cleared the payment thats all they care about
I absolutely love Dr.Nancy! I've been going to her for a long time now. The Staff is wonderful too!

Was not happy with my last visit. I had to put my dog down. I felt like the staff that morning was very unprofessional. After my dog was put to sleep I had to help bag her up and carry her to the freezer. My dog spent the night there the night before and when I arrived in the morning she was covered in her own urine and feces. A pet owner should never have to experience what I experienced that morning

We are deeply sorry for your loss and your recent experience. While nothing we say can change that, please understand that we simply did not have any staff that could maneuver such a large pet for normal cleaning and post euthanasia procedures.
I've been there before and wasn't terribly impressed, but after my daughter showed up at my house yesterday crying after how she was treated by the older lady at the front desk and the vet, whom she was told was the owner I will never go there again and will make sure everyone knows how rude and nasty they are!!! She did state the young lady who was at the desk also was very nice and compassionate. So she should find some place else other than the Kindless clinic to work!!!!
