Our Rat Terrier wasn't feeling well this morning so we came here BC I found a coupon for a free exam because payday is still three days away. Not only did they honor my coupon, they diagnosed and treated our family pet. Then it came time for pain meds and I explained I'd have to come back on Friday. Nope....they had a coupon for that too! This will be our vet from now on. Thank you to the staff who treated us with sympathy and compassion. "Kindness Animal Clinic" has exceeded what I expected and the name fits perfect!
I stopped in here on my way over the pass. It was 70 out and I didn't want to leave my puppies in the car on a hot day because I needed to use the restroom. They watched my dogs so I could use the restroom and gave me leashes to borrow on my way over the pass and back, since I left mine I home. Above and beyond customer service for someone just passing through!! I can only imagine the top notch service we will receive returning with out pups if needed in the future!! Thank you so much for your hospitality!!
