I really enjoyed my visit with Logan, he made me feel at easy and was easy to talk to. He left me feeling like I am going to finally get somewheres with my PTSD, and I look forward to my nexts visit.
I called about the lack of receiving a bill. 2 different people stated that they email the bills. I informed them that I have never received any bills. Both stated they would open a IT ticket. I called again to be sure that they resolved they issue. The person I spoke with stated that they cannot email or mail a invoice for the 10$ telemedicine charge. Currently this place only allows you to pay via credit card. They've over charged me once already. And now they quietly, without notice, charged me a 30 cent service fee. This... read more
