There are positives and negatives, as with any place, but my biggest complaint is that the resident/aide ration was 12/1 which is just too low given the price we paid. She is now in a facility with a 7/1 ratio and is much happier.
The room sizes, excellent staff and activities, dining quality, and fellow residents make this assisted living facility tops of the 14 places I have toured. No place is a close second.
We utilized Kindley assisted living for respite care this month. It was the perfect answer to our need. My husband was cared for and pampered. I had no worries while I was out of town. I knew he was happy and safe. Thanks so much to the whole Kindley team. We had a very successful respite!
Kindley Assisted Living has been a great place for my loved Aunt. The staff is warm, attentive, and seem to truly care about the residents, which makes all the difference.
