We have our Uncle in the rehab unit and the staff has been phenomenal. They have cared for him like he was their very own family. He’s 88 and he actually likes it here. We have been dealing With Clarissa Cruz, who has been very kind and helpful. To say the least, what we are going through is about the most stressful thing we’ve ever been through and had to deal with, especially from being from out of state. There are positives and negatives, as with any place, but my biggest complaint is that the resident/aide ration was 12/1 which is just too low given the price we paid. She is now in a facility with a 7/1 ratio and is much happier.
The room sizes, excellent staff and activities, dining quality, and fellow residents make this assisted living facility tops of the 14 places I have toured. No place is a close second.
We utilized Kindley assisted living for respite care this month. It was the perfect answer to our need. My husband was cared for and pampered. I had no worries while I was out of town. I knew he was happy and safe. Thanks so much to the whole Kindley team. We had a very successful respite!
