​I brought my car in for a major service expecting professional work, but instead, I have been left with a vehicle that is now completely non-drivable. Since retrieving my car from your shop, it has become blatantly obvious that your technicians failed to perform even the most basic safety checks. Bought a vehicle here in 2024 and bring it here for the maintenance. The service department rocks they actually care! It's the little things that count and when they have the moment they always go far and beyond especially Shaun who helped chase a technology issue and was able to pull a report so we can finally investigate (tech in these new cars is wildly difficult to diagnose). So, I bought a car at Kindle a little over a year ago and got two free oil changes with it. Unfortunately, I did not realize I only had twelve months to use both of them even though I did not have that many miles on the car yet.
