Bought a vehicle here in 2024 and bring it here for the maintenance. The service department rocks they actually care! It's the little things that count and when they have the moment they always go far and beyond especially Shaun who helped chase a technology issue and was able to pull a report so we can finally investigate (tech in these new cars is wildly difficult to diagnose). So, I bought a car at Kindle a little over a year ago and got two free oil changes with it. Unfortunately, I did not realize I only had twelve months to use both of them even though I did not have that many miles on the car yet. I purchased a SUV with less than 10k miles on it in July and immediately starting having engine issues. I brought it to the service center in August and they couldn't find the issue. Brought it back a week ago and still couldn't find the issue with the engine. Only continued to bring it back to them because I paid extra for extended warranty.
