The worst I have seen Did this provider seem knowledgeable and competent? No Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? No Do you think that the provider's staff are well trained? Mostly

My very first contact with Dr. Kindervader involved her being extrememly rude. I came in with my daughter who was a client there. I introduced myself to her and said hello...her response was "I assumed that was who you were." She said it as if I had insulted her intelligence. I let it go...but as the appointment went on. Dr. Kindervader made assumptions and recommendations from those assumptions that turned out not to be true. Barbara Metcalf of Kindervater and Carroll informed my teenage daughter that I "tried to kill myself". Ms. Metcalf acted on information given to her by my estranged ex-wife and had ample opportunity to discuss anything she wished with me, but chose to make assumptions instead.
