We are very pleased with our experience at Kinder’s Campers. Shawn was extremely helpful and accommodating. He was able to do a mobile service call, pin point our problem and have us up and running with a new air conditioning unit all within a day. We really appreciate his friendly, knowledgeable, quick service. Highly recommended!
I see several negative reviews, but my experiences have all been very positive. Twice he correctly diagnosed A/C problems for me at no charge. The 1st time I was headed out of town so was unable to let him fix it; had it done on the road--an A/C replacement, and when I got back he corrected a major error in the other guy's installation--again at no charge! Could not even give him 1 star. Worst service I have received in my 34 years of existence!!!! This man had our Rv for 3 months!!! And gave it to us back and when we set it up it didn't work! The converter is still busted!!! We called him it took him 2 he's to get here. He said he'd have to go back to shop and get another converter. It's been 3 he's and he hasn't been back!!!! Took forever said it would be done that day 30 days later get it back and still didn't fix it charged me and three months later couldn't find owners manual, called and he said oh we don't ever use the owners manual I suggest don't take your rv to this place...
Dont call him he had me sitting at my rv over an hour kept telling me he was coming and never showed up are called me back. I would not recomend this company for any thing.
