We've had an incredible experience at Kindercare! As a first time parent, I am incredibly grateful to have Dr. Flanders as my child's pediatrician. He is always so thoughtful and patient, and it feels like he truly cares about my child and my experience as a first time parent. He always has time for my many questions! As always the wait isn’t long and Dr Ho was fantastic. Check in is easy, secretaries at the front are so great with booking new appointments, the nurses are also friendly while taking measurements. The facilities are stroller friendly, clean and spacious.
We’ve been seeing Dr. Rosenthal since our son was a newborn, and from the very beginning, we knew he was in the best hands. As first-time parents, we were naturally anxious, but she immediately put us at ease with her calm, friendly, and gentle manner. We come all the way from Pickering to see Dr. Barootes. She’s so amazing with our daughter and takes the time to listen to all of our questions which was SO nice as first time parents. Incredible patience, her advice has been spot on and our 4 month old loves her. The office itself is a chain but is run efficiently, with online bookings and all the facilities required. Over the past year, I’ve been bringing my daughter to this clinic for treatment, and I can honestly say it has been one of our greatest strokes of luck that our family doctor referred us here. From the front desk staff to the doctor’s assistants and Dr. Stanley himself (the endocrinologist), everyone is amazing. When you send an email, they respond within minutes—sometimes even within ten minutes—and the doctor personally follows up with the patient.
