Great experience overall! The check in was fast. We were ushered right away to the waiting room and was seen by the doctor right away. The hurses are very friendly, they make my son feel relaxed while his blood pressre is being taken. Dr Priya Saini is amazing. Right on point, she was clear with her instructions and even explained it to my son too. She was great and gave us a good plan with the continuity of care. Amazing location but parking is tricky. Kindercare is great. We had a consult with Dr Leifer the Pediatric Dermatologist. He was knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to hear all my concerns for baby boy's eczema. Gave great guidance, recommendations, prescriptions and made me feel empowered with multiple tools and knowledge. I also love a good handout- so that was helpful too! Highly recommend!
Dr Mehta has been the paediatrician for my daughters since their birth. Our family has been blessed to not have had any serious issues with our kids health to date. Our recent visit was beyond expectation. Overall, I’ve had a good experience at Kindercare Pediatrics during every visit. The clinic offers excellent care and the emergency after-hours service is a huge benefit for parents with little ones. That said, booking appointments can be challenging. It’s difficult to reach an assistant by phone, and all communication is handled via email, which often leads to a lot of back-and-forth. We have been seeing this our pediatrician Dr.Mehta for over a decade for both our children, and our experience has been outstanding. He is highly professional, compassionate, and takes the time to carefully explain every concern in detail. Appointments are never rushed, and he genuinely pays attention to the kids.
