I really like this clinic. It's a very light and comfortable place. The staff is always very friendly and kind. They are trying to find an approach for each child. My daughter (9 years old) and son (4 years old) have been seen there for two years now. There is a painting table, so kids can spend some time there, while we wait for a doctor. Dr. Vaughn is an absolutely wonderful pediatrician. Kind, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly compassionate, they always take the time to listen carefully and make children feel comfortable and cared for during every visit. Very bad experience. I had appointment at 9:30, then i was there at 9:15 to check in. The administration told me that my appointment was canceled due to their system. No one called or confirmed that. I showed her that I received email to confirm my appointment today. She asked me to wait for other patients, because the doctor don't have appoinment after that. Many appointments after me can be served before me,I have been waiting for many families in and out. I have to wait for 1.5 hrs due to their system error, NOT MY FAULT.... read more
Dr Mehta has been the paediatrician for my daughters since their birth. Our family has been blessed to not have had any serious issues with our kids health to date. Our recent visit was beyond expectation. We recently had our first appointment at kindercare for our 16 month-old daughter, and we were very happy with the overall experience. The clinic itself is stunning - huge, super clean, and aesthetically appealing. From the front desk, to the nurse, and the doctor, everyone was warm, kind, and attentive.
