They have an amazing team! My son loves them so much they were the reason he became more independent and convinced him to go out instead of staying at home. Definitely recommend!
My experiences with these people were really graphically horrible and downright nasty. I'm still having nightmares. I do not recommend them at all. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
I had my son being looked after by this company, so I thought, but he must have been too much to handle for their liking so they sent a whole different company on their behalf to look after him. These workers had no idea what they were doing, they had no interest in supporting my son and were so immature and selfish. DON’T ACCEPT CLIENTS IF THEY’RE TOO MUCH FOR YOU TO HANDLE IF YOU’RE GONNA PALM THEM OFF TO ANOTHER COMPANY TO LOOK AFTER. Nothing but money hungry. Do not recommend. 😊
Very disorganised service. My brother had mild intellectual disability and we seeked support services from this company. I was told by my brother that the quality of the workers were horrendous. They were constantly on their phones, coming to work with a negative careless attitude. At times they would even leave the shift before scheduled finished time with no appropriate reason.
