I have left 4 voicemails and filled out the new patient form. I have not gotten a call back yet. 
This is the worst therapy program I have ever dealt with..... when you ask for more help they wipe their hands clean all together... this place is a joke and they don't care about the kids... its nothing but a company and they treat you as just that... absolutely horrible.
