We were referred to this clinic after spending nearly three months in the NICU with our daughter in Calgary and then relocating to Edmonton. Transitioning care after such a long and emotional hospital stay was overwhelming, but this clinic made the process so much easier. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this establishment. The staff was unprofessional and completely unaccommodating from the moment I walked in we were late to our appointment, but the Dr. Fowler was aware of our situation and is normally very accommodating but instead of feeling welcomed, I felt dismissed and disrespected by the receptionist. The atmosphere felt hostile and uncomfortable. The way I was treated made me feel singled out and unwelcome, and it honestly came across as discriminatory. Customer service should never make someone feel that way. I would not recommend this place to anyone. No one deserves to be treated with that level of disrespect. I definitely won’t be returning. Management seriously needs to be more careful about who they hire because this team is ruining the business’s reputation.
Dr Foster is incredibly knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. One of the best doctors I've come across and I feel lucky that she's my daughter's paediatrician. The clinic is clean and front end staff are great. She's always on time and we never wait which I appreciate.
