We were referred to this clinic after spending nearly three months in the NICU with our daughter in Calgary and then relocating to Edmonton. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this establishment. The staff was unprofessional and completely unaccommodating from the moment I walked in we were late to our appointment, but the Dr. Fowler was aware of our situation and is normally very accommodating but instead of feeling welcomed, I felt dismissed and disrespected by the receptionist.
