Dr. Ekpo and her team are warm, knowledgeable and attentive. We left with a successful result and had a very positive experience with Kindbody SF.
I found this clinic to be professional and well run. I came here for outside monitoring while on vacation in SF. Everyone was attentive, courteous and respectful. Communication with my home clinic was timely and thorough. The space itself is calming and aesthetically pleasing.
I’ve had two virtual appointments and the nurses are always late. For my first appointment, I waited around for 5 minutes after my appointment time and I thought the late arrival of the nurse it was just a fluke. I tried to stay optimistic about going through with fertility treatment with Kindbody. But, the second time, I waited for 15 minutes and after waiting for so long, I “left” the virtual meeting room. Very caring and supportive team! Working with finance and billing can be a headache though - wish they were more responsive, helpful, and thorough.
Egg Freezing Procedure 1 Round - overall positive experience. No pain, clear instructions, friendly staff (especially my nurse Stephanie)! I never felt like I was on my own and everything felt organized and transparent. Good results from my cycle round too. Prices in line with other clinics.
