Thankful. The staff here have treated my partner and I with respect and grace. They’re skilled at what they provide and deliver. From consultation to collection and transfer. Keeping us updated every step of the way, but also supporting us if there’s a misstep. I’ve recommended the agency to friends in and out of the Bay Area who are expereincing a journey similar to ours, and I would especially recommend them if you’re seeking a people and baby focused approach to fertility and family building.

Infertility is scary and overwhelming. I am so thankful that I had kindbody by my side. The team here is not just interested in numbers, but they truly care for you as a person. In any fertility clinic you have to learn to be your own advocate. I always felt cared for and listened to and that is not common in medical facilities. We are welcoming out baby girl in January so we owe so mich to the team in SF. They were always communicating with me, helped me work with difficult pharmacies and validated any frustrations I felt. ... read more

Deeply regret visiting Kindbody San Francisco. Nearly two years after my visit, I began receiving harassing texts and calls from a debt collector about supposed unpaid charges, even though I paid my full balance on-site by credit card. The billing team has been unresponsive and unable to provide proof or explanation for these new charges, which appeared long after my last appointment. I worked with Kindbody for both of my pregnancies and I would work with them again. They were a combination of professional, while also being empathetic, which is hard to find in this industry. If you have a chance to work with Angela, she's an angel! Erica is incredible at her job while also being very personable. And Dr. Ekpo is a very talented doctor while also having a dry sense of humor. You don't feel like a number, you feel like a patient who they value as a fellow human. This is for the billing team - very slow reimbursement process and also messed up / missed reimbursements. They don’t have a number to call and they take days or weeks to get back to you with simple answers. General sense is that logistically, this is messy and requires someone very organized & patient to carefully follow up w Kindbody to make sure they are actually doing what you think they are doing and what they told you they are doing. It shouldn’t be this hard.
