Scam. Prior to them being bought by kindbody, Vios Fertility did not show that there was a fee for initial consult and you couldn’t meet with their financial team to find out what their overall costs were until after the consult visit. Then when you decide you can’t afford their services, 6 months later, you get a bill for $268 for a 20-30 minute zoom call just for a doctor to say they can do ivf. The process is a little time consuming. I would like a faster turnaround.
When it was becoming obvious that I was having my second ectopic, NP Kate was just what I needed. She was comforting but at the same time made sure she was totally honest and careful not to give me false hope. She also listened to me when I was talking to her about my previous miscarriages. Dr. Purdy also took the time to call me to discuss treatment options because she knew I was unsure of the path I was on.
